He speaks about not being a native american and also not knowing the consequences he could face on overstaying a visa. He claims he was brought to America at the age of seven and being that young did not had any idea on what a visa was. And staying in America made him feel like home so he never really cared about knowing the American rules on a person who is not an american citizen.

He also detailed by saying that he was just driving when he saw cops pulling him and the next thing he knows is that he was on the back seat of a police vehicle. He also claims that he wasn't told the reason of why he was at that situation , all he heard was a cop saying 'We Got Savage' - It was definitely targeted. He was released at $100,000.

Savage believe that there are better ways for handling immigration issues rather than putting a person behind the bars with actual criminals for just staying longer than a visa duration.

We really hope it doesn't affect 21's fan base , as it was deliberately not his mistake.
