To start of with a perfect week , Dynamic Monday brings you the Swedish EDM production and DJ duo Galantis.
The duo is mostly known for their superhit singles Runaway (U & I) and No Money. The duo initially met in Stockholm in 2007 and started hanging around writing songs and scrap of ideas about music before becoming a team.
Galantis really puts in some very unique music. "We keep the song naked , and when we feel like we have the right one , we put some clothes on it and see how it feels" said Karlsson , one of the members.
In 2014 , after signing to Big Beat Records in 2013 , the duo released their first studio album Pharmacy which included the international hit track Runaway (U & I). The track debuted at No. 5 on Billboard Hot 100 giving Galantis a very big fan base just with the first work album.
On April 1 , 2016 , they got their second big break with the single No Money giving them another Hot 100 hit. In 2019 , the duo said that a new track is coming soon with OneRepublic.
Today's feature is also one of their biggest hits and another reason of their first album Pharmacy being a blockbuster debut. The song peaked at No. 1 on Australia Chart and No. 18 on Billboard Dance.
